At The Alchemist's Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your peace of mind. Please review the following information regarding our return process and guidelines:

 

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations, so we offer a generous return window of 20 days from the date you receive your order. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns unless faulty.

 

Return Process:

If you would like to initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at enquiries@thealchemistshome.com with your order details and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number. 

  

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 15-20 business days. We will issue the refund using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times. 

 

What happens if my parcel does not arrive at all or is later than I expect?

We use Australia Post to deliver Australia wide. If your parcel goes missing, you will require to start a Track and Trace enquiry with their customer service team on 13 76 78. Please request authorisation for The Alchemist's Home to access the enquiry there are times where we may need to follow up and request final outcomes in order to assist you!


We understand how frustrating it can be when a delivery is not as smooth as hoped and of course we will look to resolve on our end as soon as possible. Please bear in mind, we do need to wait for Australia Post to advise of the final outcome of their internal investigation which can take between 5 - 10 business days in most instances.

 

Exceptions

Please note we are unable to accept returns for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without proper packaging.
